Volunteer Work at Apna Ghar, Inc. (Our Home)
Apna Ghar currently offers the State of
Illinois 40 hour domestic violence training certification, required
for all staff and those volunteers who want to work directly with
clients.
For Spring of 2008, the training will be held on
six Saturdays on May 10th, 17th, 31st,
June 7th, 14th, and 21st from
10:00am
to
5:00pm. Registration charges are $225 for all participants.
Students and Domestic Violence Advocates from other domestic violence
agencies should contact Ms. Sanjna Das at 773-334-0173 ex. 243 for
further information about registration charges.

Indirect Services:
Volunteers who want to sign up for indirect service work should
contact Apna Ghar’s Offices during normal business hours to receive
information about where services are most needed.
